Why I Care

Hi, my name is Andrew Sember. I’m a passionate disciple of Jesus who was rescued from a lifetime of depression and poverty. I’ve been there, sleeping on a mattress I pulled from the dumpster, eating expired groceries from the food pantry, or not eating at all. I know what it’s like to face overwhelming anxiety, self-doubt, and struggle to lead.

As a first-time leader, I had panic attacks and could barely sleep. Now I’ve led over twenty teams, multiple million-dollar initiatives, and helped generate over $3 million in revenue for companies I’ve served because I learned God’s business system.

In 2024, God told me to quit my full-time job and launch a coaching business. I was married with 2 kids under 3 and no guaranteed income. Yet God provided better for me than ever before.

My mission is to equip a generation of young Christian men to become wildly successful entrepreneurs and leaders who will relentlessly expand the Kingdom of God.
